Due to its location, the mature neighbourhoods of the City Centre district is one of the most desirable areas in Calgary. Here, there is close proximity to the Stampede Grounds, the Saddledome, many theaters, the stunning Calgary Public Library Main Branch, the National Music Centre, and of course, legendary cuisine, entertainment, shopping and more. My husband and I contacted Patrick from a condo listing on the internet that interested us. After meeting him for the first time to view the condo we both felt confident in his abilities. He always returned our phone calls and emails, answered all our questions around purchasing a condo and provided the name of a lawyer and document review specialist which we used. He listened to how we wanted to approach the purchase and we never felt pressured. Simply put Patrick made purchasing real estate a positive experience. We would highly recommend Patrick for his professionalism!
Patrick recently helped us sell our condominium in Bridgeland, Calgary. Through various ups and downs, Patrick bent over backwards to sell our property and achieve the best price in the current market. He is a hardworking, super friendly, all round nice guy. Patrick was very efficient and professional, always promptly replying to our questions and queries. I don’t think you could find a better realtor when it comes to buying or selling property in Calgary and we would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.
