With over 25 years in specialty customer service industries (including the airline industry, the funeral industry, the dental industry, and the real estate industry for the last 12 plus years), Patrick feels every real estate transaction is about his clients. It doesn’t matter if that is for the sale or purchase of a bachelor suite condominium or a luxury property. Every client is important and each is deserving of his time and expertise. He loves meeting people and getting to know them and their families on a one-on-one basis, and believes every interaction with a client is a customer service opportunity.
